We continue to enjoy the Longevity Sessions incorporating strength, balance, flexibility, nutrition and overall general wellbeing. Each session is varied and is suited to each individuals physical needs, age is not a barrier!
Swell continues to be a fun physical and social activity promoting great overall health, and our concluding coffee sessions enhances and enriches the social wellbeing for all of us participants.
