TRAINING

Small Group Classes

Make exercise a routine part of your life and achieve your goals in a supportive group training environment!

We focus on keeping our classes smaller than traditional group classes to provide a more personalised training approach.

These sessions have a strong focus on building a robust base of general strength and fitness with structured & progressive 8 week training blocks to ensure improvement so you can move, look & feel better

All fitness levels are welcome to this session! We will strive to provide you appropriate movement variables to suit your ability, no matter your training history.

All you have to do is show up with consistency and a can do attitude.
