COACH SIENNAH
My purpose with Swell is to encourage you to find a flow with movement, nourishing your body and fuelling your mind with the RIGHT things.
Life is like a wave, and my goal is to help you create strength and build resilient systems to ride with the ebbs and flows.
Following on after my career as an elite gymnast, dancer and sport aerobics athlete in which I claimed the title of 4 time World Champion, my optimistic nature and busy mind has led me to dabble in all forms of movement such as strength training, olympic lifting, running, dancing, surfing, calisthenics, and so much more.
So let’s just say I have had my fair share of training!
This has sparked my curiosity into understanding the “human” and how we work, in what I believe is an interconnected and intricate balancing act between the mind, body and soul.
By doing this I am in a constant state of learning different training styles, nutrition protocols and mindset management methods in the pursuit of mastery, so I can therefore better myself as a coach, mentor and example for my clients and the people who surround me.
They say “the best teachers never stop learning.”

Swell philosophy
Building and maintaining strength is one of the key pillars to being better physically equipped to tackle things life throws your way.
By prioritising strength in your training regime this will build a sturdy base in which you can constantly improve upon. Having sufficient strength gives you better control of your body and it’s ability. Seeing as though we’re all in a constant state of aging, we owe it to ourselves to maintain maximal ownership of our movement.
STRENGTH training can assist with:
-As we build and maintain lean muscle mass we often see a direct link to improvements in overall body composition.
-Increase bone density (Reduce in falls for elderly, great for womens hormonal health, etc).
-Boost in Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
-Unlocking new movement capabilities
Coupling strength training with proper nutrition will give you great results. As I say “train to get strong and fuel the fun”.
Exercise is just one piece of the puzzle when it comes to achieving optimal health and overall wellbeing. We believe in a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating nutrition, optimal sleep, stress management, mobility and other lifestyle factors into our programs & classes to help our clients feel, look and move their best.
We believe that exercise and community has the power to elevate every aspect of our clients lives. By focusing on strength, wellness, and our other key areas, we help our clients elevate their physical, mental, and emotional health. Our goal is to help our clients feel empowered, confident, and capable of living their best life and achieving their goals.
We believe that exercise is a key factor in promoting the longevity of optimal health, reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. By focusing on building strength, improving cardiovascular health, and promoting overall wellness, we help our clients live longer, healthier lives.
Finally, we believe that exercise should be a fun, enjoyable part of our clients’ lives, not a chore. Our aim is to create a supportive, welcoming community, to help our clients make exercise a routine part of their lifestyle. Our goal is to help our clients feel energized, engaged, and optimistic about their fitness journey.
